Tours
Tours begin outside the Reuse Shop but primarily take place in the Education Room which looks down into the Material Recovery Facility (MRF) through a huge 6m viewing window! They can be booked Monday to Friday and generally run for an hour to an hour and a half, but shorter sessions can be arranged.
Tours are available for FREE to groups of 10 or more people and cater to different groups such as early childhood centres, primary & intermediates, high schools, community organisations and businesses (NB: businesses only need 5 people to book a tour). We can accommodate up to 35 people per tour.
To access the education space there is a flight of stairs with no lift access. If members of your group cannot access the Education Room due to limited mobility or disability let us know and we can offer FREE offsite education.
More information including health and safety forms are available once your group is booked.
