Your email address will be added to the Trust’s Sustainable Taranaki Workshop and general mailing lists to keep you updated on upcoming workshops and sustainability events and updates in Taranaki. If you don’t want to receive these occasional updates, please opt-out when making your booking. Your information will not be shared or used for any other purpose.

Return Policy: 

If your availability changes, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another person, as long as you notify the Sustainable Taranaki Workshop Coordinator of the change by email at least one day before the workshop commences, providing the name, email address and mobile number of the new attendee/s.

Up to 14 days before a workshop date, a refund of 80% of the ticket price may be provided. Within 14 days of the workshop date a refund cannot be issued.

If you are booking for a workshop that’s held outside, you agree to be available on the alternative ‘wet weather date’ listed on the workshop’s booking page, as well as the set date. Notice of a shift to the set wet weather date will be provided by email by 5 pm on the day before a workshop date. If the wet weather date is also rained off we will provide either an alternative date or a refund in full, according to your preference.

We reserve the right to cancel a workshop where required. In this case all purchased tickets will be refunded in full.
